Party window improvement

Currently there is a problem with the party window, it always existed, but started to become really annying once more people joined the game - each time the party list updates, your selected party jumps to a random place in the list, instead of staying on the same place.

The issues this behaviour causes:
1) By the time you found your party, if you didn't click on it fast enough, the list updates, forcing you to search for it again
2) If you already selected the party but did not join, and the list updates, you need to scroll it to find your selected party, becuase it gets moved with each update. This shouldn't be happening. If you don't click fast enough, it gets moved a second time, etc.
3) It makes joining high-demand parties (which fill up in seconds) much harder , because list update literally tries to prevent you from doing so.

Possible improvements:
- Option to disable automatic updates of the party list, so that it would only update the parties which are already on the list.
- A new party list sorting option - sort by creation date. With this new parties are added to the end of the list, to prevent jumping of the selected party - it would stay on the same positionin the list even after updates. It also make searching much easier.

The only time when you should loose focus on your seleced party is when it is disbanded.

Another issue is the update when you try renaming your party. If anyone joins or leaves while you are typing, the party name resets and you have to do it all over again.
