[ Bug ] - Shield Charge

Hello, i recently obtained skill gem Shield Charge, which i believe is great skill and want to use it often, the problem is that when i charge without targeting anyone, it will not do damage or stun to anyone, even if i run through them. It's just silly, i can't have my mouse over someone if i'm charging for too long, this could be very serious disadvantage in pvp, where people will try to move a lot, which will result in gem uselessness in PvP, at least against decent players.
