Monkeys In Fellshrine?

Was doing a quick Fellshrine run and happened to raise a Carnal Chiefton (blue) as a spectre.
In fellshrine he was calling monkeys down from the trees which would attack myself and the zombies. I found that odd not and sure if it's a bug but it doesn't seem quite right. Also he was giving us frenzy charges not sure if that's normal or not either. 1st pic shows the monkeys, and the second shows the frenzy charges (not using power siphon BTW).

Sorry I didn't turn on debug and also if this is posted to the wrong area.
