No skilll use when clicking

In particular the skill on my right mouse button very often does not react to my clicks. The character will just keep standing and do nothing.

I have mostly encountered it using freezing pulse, but a party member had the same problem with lightning arrow and I read about similar issues in global chat.

I cannot really tie it down to specific situations. It just seems to occur when I target an enemy directly. Clicking the ground to fire the spell seems to work ok.
