That is definitely a corrupted file that the pack check couldn't find, you'll need to remove and re-patch the whole file again, sorry!

We do intent to have a more robust corruption repair system, and in future you'll be able to manually remove individual parts of the file, in theory. Until then, I strongly recommend you create a copy of your working content.ggpk file if it is frequently corrupted.
