Banned from a global instance without warning?

So I was sitting there chatting in /global 3 when i got disconnected from the game. When I logged back in I couldn't connect to global 3. I can connect to any other one but that one. So I logged into another account and I can connect to global 3 no problem. No warning no other indication.. what happened? Did I get banned for talking about xbox or is this a bug or what?
It's league specific, too. I can join 3 in other leagues just not standard. when auto join hits 3 (but no others) I get this:  Last edited by defektiv on Oct 24, 2013, 8:21:54 PM

This has happened to me but for global 1. I always assumed it was full.
