Respec Question

Hi! I've played on and off, but this is the first time I've really had time to start playing PoE. I was wondering as I level my char, what are my respec options? If I level X till say 60/70, will it be possible to respec if I find item X or Y? Is there a cost to this? Thanks! Sorry for being a NEWB XD

You can respec ONE point at the time with an "orb of regret", so plan with care.

There are no full respecs available.

Ouch, That's a rough one. That means I will probably have to make more than 1 of the same char. First play through, nothing will be right heheh. I guess I can see why people are so upset about the nerfs then... A broken Character sounds expensive to repair. How much are the respecs per a point? (Like if I wanted to respec most of a char, are we talking hours of trading or days of trading) Thanks again!

Also! Is there an Item list (Suffix/prefix rares) / Unique list -- Similar to say "The A. Summit" that D2 had, this would help me better plan / see what directions to take my char. Right now I feel kinda in the dark, and I don't want to go completely down the wrong path... Only to find I can't respec, and have to make a whole new dude.

You'll also get refund-points as quest reward. 18 total, I think, so this will help with smaller corrections.
These mentioned regret-orbs are semi-rare. You'll have to farm a bit to trade for several of them but it's possible.

Well there was given a full free respec so not really - that happens sometimes if the skill tree changes a lot.

Well there was given a full free respec so not really - that happens sometimes if the skill tree changes a lot.

This is full version release. We shouldn't expect to see many more changes.
