Steam and Account Unlock Codes

Downloaded it off steam, won't send my e-mail the code.

Seems like it was stupid to think steam release would be bug free, wonder how long will it take to fix... And so my dreams of playing poe with friends WENT DOWS THE FCK DRAIN as they are alrdy in act 3...

I am also having this issue, I linked my Steam account and was sent an unlock code but when I try to log in, it just sits there on "Contacting Server..."
Anyone have a solution t this issue? |

Add me too. Cant enter unlock code after linking account to steam. Sad face :(

I can confirm now that it works. If you get this message, a fix for now is as follows:
- Download client from POE Homepage (or use the 'Download Now!' Link at the top of this page) - Try and login on standalone client. - Enter Unlock code. - Re-open Steam client and login Hopefully they'll do a more simple fix ^.^ |

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience! We'll be patching in a fix for this issue later today.
In the meantime, this workaround is a good option: 1. Login with your non-Steam POE client. If you uninstalled that, you can redownload it and copy your Content.ggpk file from Steam over to that directory. 2. Login. 3. Enter your unlock code. 4. Login again. 5. Exit. 6. Launch from Steam. | |
" any better estimate, i purpsoely drove to work to be able to download the game from steam, i download at 40 kb per second so its a complete waste of time to patch my normal client now, so is there any eta i ca nexpect to be able to login? thank you. |
