BUG: Weaver isn't dropping the spike

I was doing the "weaver quest" (on ruthless), killed weaver but she didn't drop the spike.

This is a problem with minion Instability that we're still looking into - Hopefully 0.9.13 should fix this, but until then, you'll have to see if you can kill her without your exploding minions delivering the finishing blow.
