Increase Totem Damage

do the Increase Elemental Damage passives increase the dmg output of the Totems?

Yes. if what you're using is a spell totem for instance, any spell bonus or elemental bonus (as long as it doesn't say weapon elemental damage) will affect totem damage. however, keep in mind that because totems deal reduced damage, the overall flat bonus to the totem damage will not be as high as the flat bonus that you will receive

But does weapon elemental damage increase the damage of ranged attack totems?
