Roa, 5th gem on lioneye, WED or faster attack?

Hi,
I am planning on making a Roa, and I am wondering about what would be the better choice for the 5th socket. I have blood magic, life leech, conc effect, Roa atm, the fifth socket will be either faster attack or WED. Also value wise, my lioneye is only a 5l, and to get RRRBG I would be using a lot of chroms, is it worth it? (I have gotten RRBGG 4 times now) Thank you very much.
