Need some opinions about my build

I'm currently playing a Templar that I plan to focus around defense/tanking, and dealing weapon elemental damage. So far, this is what my tree looks like:

I plan to keep going down and grab Unwavering Stance, and get some nodes in the duelist area. This is what I plan as my final tree:

But I've been wondering if Unwavering Stance is really worth it, since it takes a lot of extra points to get to. I also tried out a build without Unwavering stance:

This way I can get a bit more armor and Life regen for tanking.

I would love some general advice about my current build, and also about the issue with Unwavering stance. Thanks in advance.

You need Wavering Stance because then you can duck and bob like Mohamed Ali
