No Quest Reward for Victario's Secrets

I just finished up giving Hargan the first two busts on merciless and did not receive my two passive skill refund points. This is the first quest i finished after downloading the patch. Any help?

There are 3 busts.

yeah but in all of the previous times i have done the quest you get two refund points for the first two and then a skill point for the last one.....i thought at least.....

Then you have not done the quest in quite a while, it's been 3/4 months or possibly more since it was changed(think it was when they added the skill books)...you now need to get the third bust to receive the 2 respec and 1 passive point

huh. I had no idea. thanks for clearing that up for me. I usually just went from one to the next to the next and turned in all three at once except for a few times early on.

No need to mate, it's easily done particularly if you have done it multiple times before...you tend to autopilot through stuff like that after a while, just so happened that i done the quest shortly after the change in the 2 parts i used to do it otherwise i probably wouldn't have noticed.
