I've never played an EU game before but I'm tempted to pick this one up.
I've been a Total War fan for years. As a total war fan, what can I expect from this title? Is it worth 30 bucks? | |
" I havent played it but I do dabble in Crusader Kings 2 from time to time and I hear they have a lot of similarities so I'll try and give some general advice about how Paradox games work.. If you've never played a Paradox Grand Strategy game prepare yourself to spend like 20 hours figuring things out, watching youtube vids etc.. Also unlike Total War combat is not a big focus in Paradox games and (at least in CK2) Its mostly just about having more troops than the other guy(there are other things to consider but from my limited experience don't affect things that much) Also there is a demo for EU4 on steam so just ignore my rambling and try it out for yourself. |
