The Duelest... Best Class of Them all?

Haven't played the game yet, so i can't really say yes or no, but it is definitely going to be my first choice.
Just wish each class had a few class specific abilities to set them apart from each other. This thread needs more turtles.

Checked through all announced classes and drew attention to the duelist. It seems to me that this class is similar to the rogue\assassin class. Can anyone with beta access tell me more about this?
PS: can't find skill tree for duelist :( Is it available at the forum? |

From the basic description which is here on the web page I think it will be more pvp character. But still I have always loved an idea of agile warrior with a lots of dodge and block abilites. This and maybe templar will be my favourite characters.

" There aren't really specific "skill trees" for each class. Every single class has the same exact skill tree, they just start in different areas of said skill tree which allows them to access different areas more easily. As of now, there is no "skill tree calculator" available from PoE, although some people have been creating beta versions of their own skill calculators which you can find in the Beta General Discussion forum. I'm really curious to learn more about the skill "forest". It sounds completely amazing and the amount of "sandbox" features it allows just blows my mind. Reminds me of SwG kinda(being able to do anything you want on one character) Although i know some classes make some skills easier to get. lol. I cant wait till' i get my hands on this. |

I've been watching videos on the Duelist he looks very interesting but i favor range classes, and i hear that the witch is under powered but i like the idea of duelist and this video just shows how fun and cool he can be at level 30 spec'd in swords.
