Getting race rewards twice

Edit: I just read the paragraph in the event forum post that talks about the random draw to get prizes, so I guess this is not a bug at all. Please ignore the rest of this post :-)


A few days ago I got enough race points to get Brightbeak (yay!); around the same time when I logged in on the HC league, I found I also received The Ignomon - which I already had. Today I logged in again, and found I had received a second Brightbeak in a remov-only tab called "1 Hour Cutthroat Solo (S04F075)". I did indeed participate in this event, and did relatively well, but I don't think that should translate to getting a second Brightbeak, should it?

Is this a bug, or intended?

In fun events there is a lottery at the end of the race and you have won a price.
