I have a 81 lvl Dominating blow marauder which was previously Infernal blow marauder, and according to your build I have an advice: don't waste so many passives for getting Minion instability, because most of your minions won't die but rather disappear by the end of their timer. And you don't need any single Minion damage node, it won't add much damage to them, and even without it they kill very fast especially, especially when there are over 30 of them. Just give them Melee splash.

How can make more damge?
Could i use dominating and infernal blow or only one?
