Not sure where to go from here - Noob got problems

Hi everybody,
i play path of exile since march or april or something but i never went deep into game mechanics so far. i just played.

now the question is:
i want to get better with my marauder but i dont know how.
i like to play 1h+shield, i like to play with heavy strike, ground slam, leap slam...

is there any build which could make use of this combination?

Yep, classical GS 1h marauder using HS for single-target. Easily viable through endgame.
