I would say that's a good thing for pvp. Made flicker a little too OP, especially with multistrike.

Love that change. But you could still just get a bow for your off hand set and switch to it at the start and spray your opponent with a few frenzy arrows before jumping in and mass flicker

i checked the top tier pvp builds
top are 3 types dual strike Sporker + molten shell viper strike + shield. multiple flickers doesnt even make the top tier list. [Removed by Support]
