Characters deleted?

I logged in this morning after not playing for a few days and all my characters are gone. I tried to read up in this forum to see if anybody else is having the same problem and I only noticed 1 person saying their account is banned. When I login, I don't get any error messages at all. No banned message, nothing. It just acts like it's a brand new account and asks me to create a new character.
I did mess around with my account (on the forums) to try and post a new thread about trading, which I had to validate my account and I resent the e-mail several times because it would not send. This may have something to do with the account being 'new'? I'm not sure. Anybody else experience something similar to this? | |

you overwrote your account with the new one you created on the forum.
send an email to the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page. they can help you out. | |
