Does it work fine with high DPI configuration?

Hello,
I'm new here and I'm thinking about buying a beta key but I wanna know something before.
I use a 40' TV as monitor, so I keep the DPI of the screen in 175%.
Will this be a problem with the game?
I only ask because Diablo 3 does not work properly with this DPI configuration.
