Transition failure, it didnt actually crash, the load screen and music is still up.

Playing as shadow, from lower prison to upper.

Edit: Got back into the same instance and it did it again, i alt tabbed and pressed ok 3 times, cos it kept popping up or maybe for 3 different files. After the 3rd ok it transitioned and i died not sure if it was because of Sawbones standing there or what. It almost seemed as though my character had gone through and was standing there even though i was on the load screen.

Edit2: Ok so third time lucky, after the first one i just killed the client without pressing ok so maybe thats why 3rd time i went into the exact same instances and it worked.

got the same error 3 "unable to load (Graphic)" messages after taking the wp.

I got the same exception, was stuck in load screen, used ALT+TAB and saw the error message.
I could hit OK 3 times and continue to play.
