0.11.4 has been Deployed (and 32 bit stability!)

i'm averaging about 50kb/s, works out to be a ~10 hour download. :(

why do you have 3.9 gig to download... i have around 1.8gig

They probably deleted their content.ggpk file to redownload the whole thing so it doesn't have fragmented space. That would be my guess.
Can someone who has finished downloading the client create a torrent? I can help seeding with 1000/1000, 100/100 and 50/50 connections.
Please do something here nobody can download its so slow...

The purpose of this patch, and the reason update is so large, is to cut down ggpk by 40%. Of course the thing I'm downloading has already been cut.

I think it would do a great deal of good to take down the website to redirect bandwidth for 30 minutes like ya did at the start of Open Beta.

It wouldn't have any noticable impact, unfortunately. Patching is using far more bandwidth than the website is.

The patch is delivered by an extremely fast international CDN that we pay a lot of money for. Unfortunately when tens of thousands of people are downloading a patch at exactly the same time, it'll be slow until some finish. Thanks for your patience!
