Can't logon

My account says that it was accessed form another location!!! but not by me and now its asking for a unlock that is not being sent to my email.

please help
I have checked your account and you have nothing to worry about - your account is secure. In this situation it is very likely that your IP address has changed slightly which has triggered the location lock. We determine location by IP address, so if you IP address changes our system can think your physical location has also changed which will lock your account.

Regarding the unlock code, I recommend adding support@grindinggear.com to your email accounts address book as we find this usually resolves issues with not being able to receive our automated messages. If you are still unable to receive the code after doing this however, please send us an email at support@grindinggear.com and we can assist further.
