Dual Strike bug with 9.12e?

Was playing yesterday on 9.12d with same config (didn't touch my character) and dual strike was working fine.

Today, I signed in on 9.12e (only thing different) and the dual strike skill no longer works. Similar skills (double strike,flicker strike, whirling blades, regular melee attack) all work fine.

This is with a level 49 Dualist on Act 2 of Ruthless.

Same with me, I'm a lvl 20 Duelist and have to grind it out with Cleave since Dual-Strike misses 100% of the time.

Lol. 9.12f patch notes covering this bug went up 2 minutes after the OP. Now that's some mighty quick bug huntin :-)
