This appears to have been fixed in the period between me taking the screenshots and creating this thread...

It looked like the normal Graphics bug that pops up all the time in game--the one that is always reset by closing and reopening the client. I have a screenshot on my other computer that I call "no boobs" because it shows my Witch in the Vaal Oversoul area, but her torso section is completely unloaded... or see through.

I see.

I do remember this being fixed up at some point - It was probably deployed with 0.9.12!
