As you can see in my gear tab I have both Alphas Howl and Starkonja's. First you want to have both the same colors or atleast 3/4 the same colors in the same slot (the 4th can be random because you can exclude the red gem reduced mana after you have casted them). I keep the 4th slot red and use enduring cry in the helm afterwards. Once you have casted grace, wrath and anger you can proceed to take off the helm in town and swapping it with another helm with the same gems in the exact same slot again reduced mana can be excluded from the four.
