Weapon swapping macros

Am I allowed to use some sort of macro that allows me to hit one key and causes my character to change weapon sets-->cast a spell-->change weapons back all in one shot?
If that's allowed, what's an easy way to make a simple macro like this? I assume it involves third party software like autohotkey or something? |

that is not allowed, but no one would know if you did do such a thing.
