Righteous Fire & DD Theory (Help)

Alright so, I need some help optimizing this little gem of a build. The idea behind it is to make a passive damage dealing Detonate dead build with CI. Or in more literal terms, burn down enemies with RF and clean up/chain explosions with DD. To do this with Shav's we need to take Zealot's Oath for sure. There are some factors I am unsure of so if you could maybe look at the passive tree I made and alter it or give me advice on how to better optimize this build?

hey you will want a ton of mana regen to support arctic armor! it basicly negates any DD reflect damage after you take it to a high lvl. By lvl 20 with inner force you will negate around 250 fire damage after resists :)
