OpenAL32.dll/soft_oal.dll in the same directory as Client.exe

I'm curious what this is for, as a backup for installations which haven't got it installed systemwide, or is it custom built to work with PoE? Why is it protected by the launcher and stuck in the root game directory?

I was under the impression that OpenAl32.dll should be upgraded from creative's site or soft_oal.dll from the openal-soft site for windows users with sound related problems. Is the dll even used in true Windows installations?

It's not a problem, it's just kind of annoying that this is here for me, and I have to use reading comprehension skills to get around it being there in order to test different libs.
