Make Exclamation Mark [ ! ] the Symbol for Local Chat to Fix 'Backspace' Issue

This would fix the 'Backspace' issue where players are talking in Party Chat (or any chat,) then they are put into Local Chat all the time.
If not the Exclamation Mark [ ! ] Symbol (because of Spanish speakers,) then how about the Tilde [ ~ ] Symbol? This is so basic not to have in PoE. Thank You for reviewing.
