Not yet, no. Because it's degen/DoT, rather than actual damage, and damage modifiers can't apply to those.
We are working on that, but there are systems decisions that need to be made before the implementation can start.

If you use Infernal Blow with the sword, will the explosion do damage?
The initial hit will do damage, the explosion will not.

Hey charan, how would RF work with your unique sword?
Would it deal damage?
How about burn duration?
I know that Searing Bond still works (for now), but was under the impression that no spells will. And Righteous Fire is most definitely a spell.
RF works, for the same reason as searing bond - damage modifiers don't can currently can't apply to degen.

That'll definitely be changed eventually, there's a bunch of stuff that depends on it changing. But the change needs to be carefully considered and planned before it's implemented.
