Found it as a blue item with t1 crit and flat phys... stuff happened afterwards. Will probably become my long term crafting project this league. Not really find of the day, but the random outcome of my tro to 5l something for a hipster build with only 40 fusings. Well, I won't complain. I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
