Wand + Shield Marauder

Hi, so I'm brand new to this game but Wand + Marauder is my favorite thing I've tried, so far I'm heading towards Blood Magic, of course grabbing as much +Life/Regen as possible.

I'm using Power Siphon, and found Frenzy which I will use at 19.

Also using Anger.

I am wondering, is this viable?

If anybody has done something similar or has advice on earlier level progression as this build I would greatly appreciate it.

Gonna be tough to maintain this setup as you progress. Wands require a high amount of int to use. You might be better off going for daggers or claws and going the dex route.

If you really like the wand setup you should probably reroll a templar since they're the int/str hybrid and you will have more +int nodes available from the begining
