Vendor recipe bug (selling a magical 20% qual armor)

I just had an magical armor (Holy Chainmail) with worthless mods (at least worthless for the vendor - those where you get only a Wisdom scroll fragment) and it had 20% quality (the armor was forged with the use of currency items (this probably doesn't matter)).
When i sold it today to the vendor i got only a wisdom scroll fragment offered (for the mods) and not an armor scarb (but it was 20% quality). Proud 5th duelist in the Jul 1 2012 Ladder Race and in the Nov 3 2012 Solo Turbo Race :D
And even prouder 4th Templar in the Nov 10 Four-hour Party Hardcore Race :P Current OB success: top 20 Ranger in 105 Minute Turbo Solo (S4E9) |

This is intentional - Only white 20 quality items sell for their equivalent currency. You'll need to pair this with another 20 quality worth of items to get the item.
