Unable to connect - might be what i did in-game

As i type this i am trying to connect via the Singapore Gateway.
Prior to doing this i was in-game rearranging all my skill gems in my stash and transferring them to my new stash tab that i bought a couple of hours ago. Eventually after doing the above i went through my tabs again to see if i needed to shift anything else. A message at the bottom said something like unable to "something" stash. I got booted out of the game and am unable to reconnect. If it makes any difference - i shifted around 20-30 gems. Ctrl-click from stash into my inventory. Then from there into the new stash tab. Edit 1: Or is the SG gateway just down? If it is then ignore this because the SG gateway goes down quite often. Then again, why is it always going down. I was selling stuff to the vendor when I got booted out. Singapore gateway. Haven't been able to login for the last five minutes.
