A few cases of monsters being stuck

Case 1 pic
The rare golem spawned stuck at this spot. All it could do was spin around.

Case 2 pic
The magic bear spawned inside this small pocket. It could move around in it but couldn't fit through the small gap.

I have also run into this problem and instead of creating a new thread i thought i would just post it here. I was doing fellshire ruins and a rare monster got stuck on top of one of the ruins. This is not the first time this has happened to me, it has been happening quite frequently. Here is a ss.
