Crazy graphical bugs

Was playing Cruel with my 33 Marauder in the pirate area (can't remember names Act 1, sorry) and I go into the cove to retrieve the all flame and this is what it looks like.

Thanks, a fix for this would be nice, i run the game at 1920 by 1080, max graphics, no vysnc. I can verify that my card works, is not overheating, or OC'd too high.
