Unexpected and Frustrating Issues

Just want to ask if there are any ways to solve the Runtime and the Vertex Shader Errors.... It's been three days since I bought the Path of Exile beta key, and I haven't been able to play ever since. Firstly, the application takes a super long time to load (up to 30 minutes!), and then there are those two weird errors that come up (mentioned above). Please respond ASAP!

You need an Intel GPU with Shader 3.0.
If its a laptop with both, then you have to set the power settings in the Control panel to force the 3d GPU on at all times.
