Waypoint bug?

In town, came back from waypoint, did the standard inventory dump, and waypoint wouldn't work. All i had to do was go in and out of town again, but just letting you know.

I have similar bug:

Issue: When i click on waypoint, nothing happens. The map does not open up and when i open it manually i cannot teleport with it.
Steps taken: Logged in to forest encampent normal difficulty, teleported to Lioneye's watch, talked with armor master, talked with loremaster about armormaster. Went back to waypoint and then it didnt work.
Workaround: walking out of town to the coast, then returning back fixed the issue for me.
