Gymspiration

So after 8 years of sitting on my arse all day, I started going to the gym again today, and it feels pretty good.

I'm well aware that my weakest point is keeping interested in doing something, so post all you're inspiring workout stuff here!

My lungs thank you in advance.
I find that this helps me stick to my gym obligations:

Good luck!

P.S - my advice; always go with a buddy, and make a habit of that. =) Then, you are going to the gym, not for yourself, but to help your buddy stick to it, and because you're not going to let him down. For me, that's a far bigger motivation to go to the gym than my own health.

Remember it takes about a month to create a habit, and once you do it will become easier and easier to keep it up.

I have found that reading about healthy living and working out will inspire me to keep going when I get burnt out. I really enjoy Men's Health, they also put out supplemental books on healthy eating etc

The biggest change you can make for your body is to start eating healthier. Most people will not burn more than 20% of their daily calories exercising. Plus just having the knowledge of what is and isn't healthy will get you to make better food decisions
Here are a couple sites I visit.
