It would be foolish not to use arctic armor, man. Shoot for 2100 or so mana that is how much is needed to spam nonstop 6l FB at 2.5 casts/ sec with AA activated.

Faster casting is nice on it just so you can get it up quickly if you find yourself in a tough situation.
