How to expand your friends list[ Suggestion ]

I was thinking of the following for each character reaching level 60 you will have 30 more room for friends.

If ggg needs money i can completely understand that expanding your friend list limit will be a microtransaction.

Microtransaction option for increasing max limit won't hurt anybody. So +1 for that.

You know what is the problem with a microtransaction expanding list ? It's that the problem will still remain!

Imagine you have bought +50 friends list, now you are happy and willing to add good traders / new intersting players. So You ask if you can add him, he answer : Sorry my friend list is full.

Is not that a problem ?

I know it doesn't solve the problem completely but imho nothing will. I believe GGG put that limit for a reason and if they have enough resources I can't see a reason why would they want to limit social interactions in a way.

The problem is easily solved by only putting friends on the friendslist. This is not facebook :)

What if you wanted to have as much "friends" as kripp has ?

I mean if you had a limit of 1000 friends and had 100 loged everyday you could easily make fast trades ( like streamers do )

@ignarsoll : Nothing will ? Why not my suggestion of reaching level 60 ? ( Now wha happens when you delete that char :p? )

or maybe another suggestion i found : Depending on /played time your friend list limit could expand. What do you say ?

Because reaching level 60 is not that hard and what happens if someone had 25+ level 60 characters. As I believe GGG put a limit for valid reasons, giving people this kind of way to increase the limit can be problematic in some other way. It is hard to come up with ideas without knowing GGG's reasoning regarding the limit.

Also /played time increases even if you stay in town afaik so I'm not sure if its viable.

Maybe limited to To 4 characters with a level of 60 ?

And, for my second suggestion : yeah you are right.


Third and Fourth suggestion :

3) Depending on number of achievements you did, your friend list could be expanded ( but it's too hard so i will go fo fourth )

4) Depending on a new list of achievement you can gain those things ( expand you list limit / other thing )
- Kiling Piety normal with at least one character
- Killing vaal Cruel with at least one character.
- opening eternal laboratory with at least one character.
-.. and so on.

( even if you deleted a character, your mini-achivements stay)

let's be straight! We have 2 leagues to play in.
A limit of 99 friends was "okay" within Your league ( Standard/HC ) Now that we have a new league ( Onslaught / Anarchy ) The friend list limit should be at least doubled.
