Weapon effect with dual wield

I know there was a discussion about this in a thread but I can't find it anymore.

Do you still have tu buy 2 weapon effects when you are dual-wielding ? Must know before choosing my pack.

If you buy a supporter pack I think the weapon effect you get applies to both your weapons if you are dual wielding.

If you are dual wielding weapons and apply the supporter pack effect to your mainhand weapon, the effect will be applied to both weapons. You can overwrite the effect on the second weapon if you apply another different effect to it.
