I couldnt take a print screen of the blue screen error. And coudnt read it too.
Heelp! Any solutions?
This is usually caused by a Creative sound card! If you're able to try out the Beta drivers, or switch to the default drivers to test whether this still happens when you're not using Creative sound drivers, that'll help figure it out.

If you don't have a Creative sound card, then you should try updating your graphics card drivers.

We're working on a permanent fix for the Creative sound card problem, but some players have posted many solutions they've found here. Different kinds of sound cards will have different crashes and different solutions, sadly.

I too have this problem, and I have a Creative X-Fi.
I have not solved, however I have not tried the beta drivers, and even other solutions.
Small note, I noticed that when the Templar and this problem does not occurred, only "Unable to map file"
As with the Witch and very frequent (Blue Screen).

"

"E:\Program Files\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\Client.exe" --nosound

If that does not solve it, then it is not the Creative card.

It also depends on when it appears, as the E_outofmemory issues still exists.

I would ask for more information about your system, BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ALL THEY NEED IS THE DXDIAG TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
