Orb of Chance misshap

Hello, just reporting that I used on my when it was still a white item and instead of coming out as a yellow rare, it came out as you see it. I'd used the same type of orb(I believe) on to get it as it is, so I'm not sure why the second one came out blue.

No offense but you should re-read the description of the chance orb again, or you didn't understand the wording. It doesn't say "upgrades to a rare" but "upgrades to a RANDOM rarity" what means it can become eighter magic, rare and with a small chance even unique. :)
