Eternal Laboratory Map Portal not functioning.

My friend used a map, upon entrance to the map, he crashed before loading finishes. He logs back on, tried another portal, and was sent to log in screen again. I asked him to invite me, and he tried again while I am inside the laboratory; this time the portal simply disappeared. I also tried a portal and get this:

Can you remember which map it was? There is one map with a problem that we're soon deploying a fix for, a Strand Map with a specific size mod. Was it this one? If so, we'll have a fix soon! Sorry for the loss of your map!
