DPS issues (LA mara)

Is my bow any good? I don't believe its stellar or anything, but I'm not rolling in exalts and am not sure how to upgrade...
Only doing about 3.2k with my LA and auras running. My other gear

I somehow think that good phys damage bow + 50% Blackgleam combined with "more phys damage" + "more elemental damage" + "LMP"/"GMP" + "IAS" would result in better damage overall, because all of the multipliers would apply in full extent. Right now your LA seriously suffers from low base phys damage of the bow.

easy solution: change out faster attacks for chain. it will also make you tankier.
