Show allies health bars should include my own health bar

Please, I am drunk right now playing onslaught and the hardest part is focusing on my own health while watching what my character is doing.

Let me elaborate in case the main idea is not clear.
I would like my health bar to be shown above my head when the ticker for "Allied player health" is checked.

Not only would this help me pay closer attention to my players position but it would also allow me to focus on what I am actually doing, Compared to now, I am mainly focused on my health bar while glancing between what my character is doing.
