Off Topic - Self-found hardcore in D3, fun? viable? - Forum

I wanna play D3 hardcore not using the AH nor the RMAH, is it possible? I've read that the loot is thought for the game to play without the AH and RMAH, so I ask because my concern is exactly that. I only played D3 for a few weeks after than I bought it and I don't want to feel like I wasted 60 USD, specially because in my country that's a lot of money; so I thought that it'd be fun to try to play self-found. Half serious..we all wasted 60 USD on that. Of course its possible.... the question is how fun and rewarding would it be? Probably not very.
